&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "c&lt;SPAN&gt;onnecting always waiting forvthe network"?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Describe exactly what you are doing, what happens, any error messages etc.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When was mobile data working OK for you last?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What changed in the meantime?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are having problems with the 48 mobile data connection/speed then the first thing to check is that your APN settings are configured correctly.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have an Android device then text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to configure the APN settings correctly:&lt;/P&gt;
