What exactly do you mean by "recharged" (bought membership plan?) and "update" (what sort of update?) here?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments/purchases?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?

What exactly is the problem?

What services are working/not working?

Connection to the 48 network/signal bars?

Calls, texts, mobile data?
