Hello all, I usually recharge for 12 euros a month for unlimited internet and call.. I'm going for France and brussels next week and please let me know if this works in France as well or should I recharge on top of this. It shows roaming in EU I can use upto 17GB

The €12.99 plan comes with EU/UK roaming allowances bundled:

However...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:
