      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Hi, I've been having major issues with my data randomly stopping at times which causes me to turn it off for a while before turning it back on. I've had this data plan for a while and have only realized that the APN is important but I do not know how to access this. please help.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
