    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with my 48 mobile. I bought an unlimited plan and was supposed to use the data for unlimited. However, I only used 3,95 GB, and I haven't been able to connect to the internet since the 19th of March. It appeared on my mobile phone that there was no connection or data. I am based in Galway, Ireland. Would you please assist me in this regard?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with my 48 mobile. I bought an unlimited plan and was supposed to use the data for unlimited. However, I only used 3,95 GB, and I haven't been able to connect to the internet since the 19th of March. It appeared on my mobile phone that there was no connection or data.       <description>&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "no connection"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you mean no connection at all to the 48 network - i.e. no signal bars?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do have a network connection then ...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you still have an active membership plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are calls and texts working ok?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you sure that you APN settings are still configured correctly?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Maybe delete any existing APNs and start again by texting "APN" to 50048 and following the instructions here:&lt;/P&gt;
