&lt;P&gt;What exactly isn't working, what exactly goes wrong, any error messages, when were things working ok last, what changed in the meantime, etc..?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "My 48"? The My48 app/website access to your online account? Or "my 48 services" such as SIM, network connection, calls/texts/mobile data, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
