Emergency calls only

My phone is showing emergency calls only, if i put the sim into another phone it works fine and if i put a sim into my phone it works fine, i have internet, if someone rings me it rings out but i do not hear it or get notification, whats the problem? It seems its not the phone and not the sim...or the network! im baffled..

When was it working ok last?

What changed since then?

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

What make and model of phone is it?

Its a samsung s21 plus, i got the screen changed, but my work sim works in it no problem, and my 48 sim works in my work phone...im confused

You could maybe try a replacement SIM but if the existing 48 SIM works ok in another phone then that may not make any difference.

Does anyone else that you know use 48 so that you could try their SIM just to see what happens?

You might also need to contact 48 support but, to be honest, I wouldn't necessarily hold out much hope of them solving this problem especially if they consider it a handset issue.
