&lt;P&gt;If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue or question clearly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by "no connection"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No connection to the 48 network at all?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If necessary also try rebooting the phone or enabling and disabling airplane mode first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do have a connection to the 48 network then what works/doesn't work?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Incoming/outgoing calls/texts, mobile data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When was everything last working ok for you?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What changed in the meantime?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
