Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to ensure that this is the case:

When was mobile data working correctly for you?

Did anything change on the phone in the meantime?

Are calls and texts working OK?

Do you have an active membership plan with a non-zero data allowance balance (the €12.99 membership comes with unlimited data)?
