topic iPhone/Safari problems connecting in Internet

Today when I tried to use a qr code I got the message ‘ Safari can’t open the page as you are not connected to the internet’. I switched off WiFi and restarted my phone but I still got the same message. I have lots of data. I have an iPhone. I usually use Google to search the internet. Thanks in advance

If you're referring to WiFi then that's a link to a local wireless network and nothing to do with 48.

If you're referring to mobile data then that is different.

What was the QR code?

Are you sure that it was legitimate and not a scam directing you to something dodgy?

Are calls and texts working ok?

Are any connected apps or browsing any other site working when connected via mobile data?

Did any other browser such as Chrome work?

Was mobile data ever working ok for you?

Did you configure your APN settings correctly?

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:

https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Newsroom/APN-Settings-step-by-step-guide-for-50048/m-p/60689

Might this be relevant?

If not then you'll have to post more details or contact 48 support for further assistance.

See the links in my signature below.
