    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I am getting in contact as my mobile plan has not been working for the last three days. I constantly says I have no service and is unable to work the mobile data. This is not to do with my data allowance as I have not used it up for this month.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just wondering if you’d be able to help me with this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When was it working ok last?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did anything change in the meantime?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you get a connection to the 48 network then what works?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Calls, texts, mobile data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For mobile data to work you need to configure your APN settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you do this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
