      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cash credit on your account doesn't give access to services.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's just there to buy membership, add-ons or pay for international calls etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You need an active membership plan to be able to use services.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have one?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are your APN settings configured correctly?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to make sure that they are.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
