    <description>&lt;P&gt;What exactly is the error message when you try to top-up (I presume that you're trying to buy a membership plan?)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does it make any difference if you use the app rather than the web interface - or vice versa?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you able to successfully buy stuff on 48 previously?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your payment card still valid?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Issues topping up even though email and password is correct and I’m signed in but can’t top up. It’s saying it should take 15 mins if not I should contact support but are not open&lt;/P&gt;</description>
