&lt;P&gt;Was it working before?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so when did it stop working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is anything working? Network connection/signal bars, calls, texts, mobile data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't have a network connection then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are there any error messages on the phone or when you log into your My48 account?&lt;/P&gt;
