Is iPhone 15 Pro Max compatible with 48?

Is iPhone 15 pro max compatible with 48? I am a 48.ie customer for a few months now but my experience is that anytime I rely on mobile data, this is failing. Roaming does not work, either. I live close to the NI border and we often cross to Derry or Belfast and my roaming does not work. I am wondering if this is a matter of compatibility. My husband is also a 48 customer with a Google pixel 7 phone and doesn't have a problem.

That phone should work fine on 48.

With regard to roaming...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems when trying to use roaming services for some reason and nobody from 48 has ever explained why or provided a guaranteed fix.

As such, the usual generic advice for roaming issues applies...
