How to get more roaming data allowance?

Hi all.just wanted to confirm options re roaming data. Eating thru allowance this week and wanted to ensure I have way to extend.is it correct that if I buy a data add on (€3 =1gb) I can use that as roaming.
My membership up in 5 days ,is there a way to possibly switch to new membership instead to get fresh roaming allowance.

For EU/UK roaming data, yes.
