&lt;P&gt;And 48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll have to contact 48 support and ask them about this or make a formal complaint.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For what it's worth there seems to have been some general problem with membership plan auto-renewals and purchases recently but it didn't affect everybody and nobody from 48 has explained the issue here to date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No calls, internet or texts for 5-7 days!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Joined last month, happy with the service and 5g.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Auto renewal is on, card details are saved but the service did not auto renew (was supposed to be the free 2nd month).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacted customer service chat and was told that it would take 5-7 days for the issue to be fixed! What is the issue??!! I cannot even top up myself in the interim either online on in thre app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please enlighten me as to whether this will take 5-7days to fix? Currently on second day of no calls, internet or texts. I'll have to move networks if that's the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
