&lt;P&gt;What country are you in?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Were calls, texts and mobile data working OK when you were in Ireland?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are calls and texts working abroad?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're not actually roaming abroad and are referring to mobile data in Ireland then you need to first configure your APN settings before this will work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do that:&lt;/P&gt;
