    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My name is Dhanya Mohan, my 48 sim number is (089) 422 5036. I have activated this sim on 16th April and it is valid till 16th May but now I am not able to use internet connection to this number. I made a credit of 10€ on 2/5/24, also recharged today 3/5/24 with €12.99.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you please help me to recover the issue please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you configure your APN settings?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to ensure that they are configured correctly:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
