I cancelled my sim sent it back after a few days as had no coverage and 2 months later they took €12.99 out of my account again ..how do I cancel this

I presume that you never did the following?

Disabled membership plan auto-renewal
Deleted your registered payment card details
Ported your number from 48 to another provider

Any/all of which would have ensured that no further membership plan renewal charges would be levied.

You should do at least 1 and 2 now.

And contact 48 support to see if they can refund you the last plan payment.
