Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to make sure that they are.

https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Newsroom/APN-Settings-step-by-step-guide-for-50048/td-p/60689

Where are you located?

Do you know of any other 48 users in your area to check how they fare?

You could try a replacement SIM in case that helps at all.
