    <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps, in spite of the errors, you inadvertently bought three membership plans and they are all on your account now?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are calls and texts working?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did mobile data ever work for you before?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then you'll probably need to configure your APN settings first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Send a text (contents doesn't matter) to 50048 and follow the instructions:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Tried to buy membership, charged 3 times, data not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried topping up the current plan, and after putting the card details, it showed“ somethings gone wrong come back later” so I tried again and again same answer three times. Then it went through . Just checked bank I got charged 3 times. Still the mobile data is not working.&lt;BR /&gt;How can I contact the customer service&lt;/P&gt;</description>
