&lt;P&gt;Did mobile data ever work for you?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In not then you probably need to configure your APN settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it was working previously and then stopped then maybe you simply used up your membership data allowance and need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data in order to continue using mobile data for the rest of the membership plan month?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You need an active membership and a non-zero data balance and your APN settings configured correctly in order to use mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;
