    <description>&lt;P&gt;You need an active membership plan and a non-zero data balance on order to use mobile data and connected apps, including WhatsApp, when not on WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have both?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership and data balance status?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You also need your APN settings configured correctly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions if necessary:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you've used up your membership plan data allowance before the membership month is up then you need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data for the rest of the membership month.&lt;/P&gt;
