Laptop can't connect to hotspot but other devices can

I'm having a problem connecting my hotspot to my laptop. I have followed all of the steps in on the website and other websites in sharing personal hotspot. I can share my hotspot to other phones but connecting to my PC seems to be the issue.

It loads and says 'connecting' then tells me 'unable to connect to this network'. I have restarted both devices, forgotten the network, and updated my network adapters.

Can you help me with this please?

Sounds like an issue with the laptop if other devices can connect ok.

I would try troubleshooting that.

I'm not sure that 48 or the Community Forum can really help with this and it doesn't seem to be a 48 issue?

Maybe try another laptop if possible to see if that connects?

Maybe the laptop OS event/system logs might shed some light on the issue?
