      <description>&lt;P&gt;I presume by "no web service" you mean that mobile data isn't working for you?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do calls and texts work ok?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have an active membership and a non-zero data balance?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Could you have used up your data allowance?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so then you'll need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data to use for the remainder of the membership month:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Maybe try getting the APN settings afresh?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions:&lt;/P&gt;
