      <title>No mobile data</title>

      <description>Using a phone from the US (Samsung Galaxy S23FE). When I put my SIM card in (100GB membership), my mobile data does not work however it shows I have signal. Mobile hotspot, phone calls and texts work just not mobile data. I've tried different sim trays, network settings reset and changing APN, still nothing. Any help appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When was it working ok last?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has anything changed since then?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are your APN settings configured correctly?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See the previous posts in this thread.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are incoming/outgoing calls/texts working ok?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
