      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe you've used up your data allowance before the membership month is up in which case you need to buy a data add-on to continue using data for the rest of the membership month?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that's the case then buying a new membership will not help as the new membership will simply stack on your account to kick in when the current membership eventually runs its full monthly course and expires.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership status?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "balance"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What are the answers to the questions that I previously asked?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should probably contact 48 support as I suggested but they'll probably ask you similar questions to the ones that I asked anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
