&lt;P&gt;The website/My48 account or your&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;phone for calls/texts/data?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'll assume the latter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have an active membership which is necessary in order to use network services?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does your phone connect to the network?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do a manual scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did anything change on the phone? Software update, factory reset, settings changes etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
