I was in touch twice with customer service but nothing changed. up until 5 month ago while abroad I had signal at least and i was able to use SMS or do calls but now nothing. Slight improvement. I took my mothers phone Iphone11 and inserted my SIM. I have 3G signal now but no internet connection.
