FUP = Fair Usage Policy I presume?

Before you hit a fair usage limit you should get a warning - by email, text and/or via your account as far as I know.

If, thereafter, you hit the fair usage limit then you get barred for the remainder of your current membership period and cannot use any services.

When the membership expires you need to contact 48 support to ask them to lift the ban.

Just to note that if this happens then buying a new membership will not help.

A new membership will just stack to kick in when the current membership expires.

Neither will buying add-ons or topping up your credit balance because, while you are barred you cannot use any services until the current membership expires.

If you breach the fair usage limits and get barred for a second time then it's for good.
