    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm a member for over a year and for the last 3 weeks my 3G coverage is showing up to 3 bars but my internet connection will not open or any apps that need mobile network, this used to work. I just got upgrade to €20 a month and can only use my phone in wifi! I have iPhone 5s. Thanks</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did anything change on your phone?&lt;BR /&gt;Software update, settings changes, restore from iTunes etc.?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are your internet/APN settings still correct?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://community.48months.ie/t5/Need-Help/Internet/m-p/34493#M12560" target="_blank"&gt;http://community.48months.ie/t5/Need-Help/Internet/m-p/34493#M12560&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is data roaming enabled?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do&amp;nbsp;incoming/outgoing calls and texts work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try switching off, taking teh SIM out, GENTLY cleaning the contacts, reinserting the SIM, swtiching on and then manually searching for networks and manually connecting to 48.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
