Oukitel c15 incompatability??

I have been connected, but have had to put the sim into an old phone as when I tried to use the newer phone with spaces for 2 sims,( it had been a vodafone and uk tesco sim that always worked ) with the 48 sim replacing the vodafone sim what was coming up was "radio off" and neither sim working. Can you please tell me how to solve this. The phone is an Oukitel c15. I now have the tesco sim back in the Oukitel and the 48 sim in an old microsoft phone. Not very satisfactory as the microsoft phone is not as good for the internet. Surely the 48 sim should be able to work with the Oukitel phone???

I don't understand why that happens with the 48 SIM inserted.
