Can I use 48 internet connection to host a Web Server ?

Hello,

I would like to use my PC connected to the internet via 48 as a web server for my college project.

I know how to configure firewall on my router & PC.

Is it possible or is 48 blocking all traffic to my IP?

Why do you suspect that 48 are blocking traffic?
As far as I know the only limitations are the amount of data provided by the relevant membership and/or add-on and the fair usage clause of the terms and conditions.
