Do you have an active membership and also enough cash credit on your account to pay for UK/European texts?
7.38c per SMS.
Note that some text messages may use multiple SMS messages depending on the length and content of the text message.

I have an active membership and I topped up credit to make international calls and texts. I still cannot send texts to the U.K. What do I do now?

What do you mean by "I topped up credit to make international calls and texts"?

Do you mean that you put cash on your account to pay for them?

If you did this then what happens when you try to make an international call or send an international text?

Any error messages?
