      <description>Do you mean that you have an active membership, you've used up your membership data allowance which was working, you've bought a data add-on but data connectivity is not working?&lt;BR /&gt;If that's the case then you need to contact 48 support about this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>
