EU data - Denmark Italy Croatia Austria Germany - iPhone 6

I'm travelling in EU including Denmark, now Italy (both already done), next Croatia, Austria, Germany, Ireland with an iPhone 6.
I have a new Guido membership but, despite hours trying and following suggested instructions, I still have no internet.
Are there any options/suggestions to get this working?
Anywhere I can go to get help with 48?
Internet works on wifi only.
