I cannot send texts. My internet is not working. I can recieve calls noproblem though. I haven't tried to make a call.

Do you have an active membership?

Did texts ever work?

What happens when you try to send a text?

Any error messages?

Do all texts fail to go or only some?

Do you have any text allowance balance left?

Did internet ever work?

Are your internet settings configured correctly?

Do you have any data allowance balance left?
