For the third time ... you use the built in data monitor to check what apps are using what amount of data or you do a Google search for other apps that do a more detailed job, install one of these and use it to check what apps use your data.

I can't really make it any clearer than that.

Hope this helps.

You need to monitor the phone's data usage and see what apps are using it most,

Some phones have a basic monitor built in but there are also plenty of (often free) apps that will do a more detailed job.

Once you know what apps are using data you can see what steps you need to take.

It's unlikely that anybody is stealing bandwidth on you unless you somehow have an unsecured open hotspot enabled all the time - if thats' even possible.

Hope this helps.

What exactly do you mean?
If your phone is using your data allowance quicker than you expect then you need to do what I suggested above.
48 are not short changing anybody on data if that's what you're implying.

Hope this helps.

I'm not being rude but you're asking the same question over and over.
If you don't understand my advice then you should contact 48 support for further clarification.
But I suspect that they will say more or less the same as what I have already said.
Also Google is your friend to learn more about android/iOS built in data monitors and standalone apps that do a more detailed job.

Hope this helps.
