I'm off to Bulgaria tomorrow bcause it's not n EU can I use my data and if so is it more expensive also can I top up data here to use over there tnx

Bulgaria IS in the EU.

So if you are on a Guido membership then calls, texts and data should work.

However many people have been having problems with data while roaming in the EU on a Guido membership even though it should just work.

So you'll just have to try it when you get there and if it doesn't work you'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can help.
