Are you on a Guido membership?

EU roaming will only work on Guido since 13th June.

If you are on Guido are calls and texts working OK?

What make and model of phone are you using?

Note that many people have been reporting problems with EU data roaming on Guido memberships so if you're having the same problem then you will have to contact 48 support for advice.

Sorry took me so long to reply. I'm on the Guido plan. Calls and texts working fine, just no data. Couldn't figure out how to contact 48 support on this

You can contact 48 support here - option 3 or the chat facility during support office hours
