Outlook not working

Good morning all, wishing every father in the group a happy father's day in Jesus name.Hi all, I can't access my emails via outlook on my Vodafone smart ultra 7 for 2 days. It is requesting me to login with password but even though I changed it the problem persists. I have contacted the Google team and they instructed me to clear cache, reset password, clear data etc. I followed all these but no change. They say it the internet provider. As an aside my partner has the same problem with the same phone with her gmail a/c and is also with 48. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

If you can get to outlook/Gmail but it's asking you to login then I don't see how that's a 48 issue regardless of what Google say.

Does internet access work ok generally?
If so then it's not a 48 problem.

Hope this helps.
