      <title>Internet speed gone down to "E" consistently. (Kildare Area)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Past week or so internet speeds have gone down to level E no matter what hour of the day. In maynooth its H+ or Dublin H+, but rathangan consistanly level E, and its the same for my brother on 48.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
