&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that you bought a Don membership but your current membership (with no data left) has not yet expired?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In that case the Don membership stacks to kick in when the current membership eventually expires and if you need data on the&amp;nbsp;current membership in the meantime then you need to buy a data add-on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Buying a new membership doesn't prematurely end a current membership which will still run its full monthly course and you don't get access to the new membership's allowances until&amp;nbsp;the current membership expires and the new membership starts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your My48 account page show for your&amp;nbsp;current membership type, expiry date, data allowance balance and any next membership and start date?&lt;/P&gt;
