After a factory reset I can,t get internet connection outside of saved networks, contacted tech help in 48, they gave me details to input through Access point names but no wifi connection remains , can anyone help please. Dave

To configure your internet/APN settings follow these instructions as some of the other instructions and settings elsewhere are wrong:

Bear in mind that wifi is not the same as carrier data access to the internet which is what I think you are referring to here.

Wifi means connecting to a wireless local area network which has a broadband connection to connect to the internet.

Carrier data is how you connect to the internet when on the move and not connected to any wifi/wireless LAN.
