No Internet

Hi so my Internet hasn't worked the last few weeks.at first I thought it was my phone so I re-downloaded Internet settings, restarted it, turned it on/off etc but nothing has worked, which is making me think it is not an issue with the phone. I can make calls etc but just no Internet at all - I really need it for work so if it can be fixed, please let me know how!!:-(

Are you sure that your settings are correct?

Some of the instructions elsewhere on the website are wrong.

These ones definitely work so try them.

Delete any existing APN settings first and start from scratch.

If you still can't get it to work then double check all the instructions/settings and post back with more info - ideally screenshots of your settings if possible.
