Hi , so I’ve recently moved to 48 and it’s been 2 months. Yesterday my auto renewal failed and when I looked to buy the plan myself it showed the 12.99 plan now. As far as I know Iam supposed to get 9.99 for 6 months right ? Does anyone know how to get the same plan back ?

If you proceed to checkout do you see the €3 discount off the €12.99 plan?

If not then auto-renewal failing may mean that you no longer qualify for the €3 discount.

The terms and conditions aren't exactly clear on this.

They say that auto-renewal must be kept enabled but they don't seem to clarify what happens if it ever fails.

You might need to clarify this with 48 support.

To contact them see the links in my signature below.
