Are your APN settings configured correctly?

https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Knowledge-Base/Data-APN-Settings-i-e-Internet-amp-MMS-Settings/ta-p/53106

Are you on the latest Google Android update for the Pixel 6 Pro?

https://www.extremetech.com/mobile/google-confirms-its-tensor-based-pixel-6-and-pixel-6-pro-will-no-longer

https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/4457705?hl=en#zippy=%2Cpixel-a-pixel-pixel-pro-pixel-a-pixel-pixel-pro-pixel-fold

Some Pixel phones need a software update to whitelist networks like 48 for 5G connectivity.

If you can only get 4G then this may be the issue.

Maybe Google haven't issued such an update so 5G on some networks simply isn't possible?

You might want to ask Google support about this.

https://support.google.com/pixelphone/thread/317526156/no-5g-on-pixel-6-pro-despite-5g-sim-and-contract?hl=en

Or maybe 48 still haven't rolled 48 to all legacy plan users yet.

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

7.99 5G Issues

I was expecting to have 5G by now due to the recent contract change but I can only connect to 4G. I'm on a pixel 6 Pro. For info I still have to change my connection setting in the SIM app to get data when travelling abroad. Any advice?
