Your post is a bit confusing @SibyaSusanG8498 and it's not exactly clear what you're asking about.

You'll need to explain the issue that you're having more clearly and in more detail if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

If you mean that you put €10 cash credit on your account and want to know how to use this to pay for your monthly membership plan then you just go through the normal purchasing process and choose the option to pay using cash credit at checkout time.

This will only appear if the amount of cash credit on your account is equal to or greater than the cost of your plan.

E.g. if you have €10 cash credit on your account and want to buy a €12.99 monthly membership plan then you'll need to add another €3 cash credit to your balance first before you'll get the option to pay using your cash credit balance.
