You shouldn't select the 3 network.

You need to select 48.

Can you see and connect to that?

If not then you may need contact 48 support about this.

One issue with iPhones is that they sometimes need to activate on a new network.

On virtual networks such as 48 this can involve the phone silently sending a text message to a UK activation server.

If you don't have an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for the international text message then it will fail silently.

So one thing that you could try is to add €1 cash credit to your account, switch the phone off and then on again and then see if you can see and connect to 48.

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

No service

Hi, I recently transferred my GoMo number to 48. My old number is showing correctly in My48 and my €12.99 plan is active with 30 days remaining. However, my 48 SIM/eSIM shows “No Service” and I cannot make or receive calls or send/receive SMS. I have restarted my iPhone, checked that the 48 line is switched on, and manually selected the 3 network, but it still shows No Service. Could you please check whether my SIM and number are fully provisioned/activated on the 48 network?
